Being employed by Tabby Cleaning Services is a tremendous responsibility. We work very closely with our customers to satisfy their cleaning needs. We offer flexible schedules and we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment to respond to almost every aspect of house cleaning services.
We are diverse, but we are like a tight family.
Many of our employees like the fact that they can receive tips/gratuity. Which means they can get paid almost daily. Our normal payday is on Wednesday. We found it to be a better day because our normal operating hours are Monday through Saturday.
To work for our maid service employment, you must be available to times below. Times may vary slightly due to making sure the mission is complete.
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
You could expect to work at least two Saturday's per month.
The latest time we would usually start cleaning a house is 2PM - 3PM. Off times vary from day to day. I could be as early as 2:30 or as late as 6:30. Flexibility is a MUST for our cleaning positions. The customer always comes first!

Housekeeping and maid service employment is NOT for everyone. It may seem like it easy, but that is not always the case. We have to be ready for many different senerios.
We may clean houses that are generally already cleaned and just need dusting and basic routine cleaning services.
Check out these before & after pictures. This is not the norm, but it is possible to run into something like this!!
BEFORE
Others may be suffering from hoarder syndrome and may need some additional attention. Removing someones personal belongings may be hard for them. We have special techniques that we use to help our customers cope with this problem.
We also come across people with "Animal hoarding syndrome." Other times we may clean foreclosed homes, eviction homes and other trashed houses. We do provide all cleaning supplies and equipment for the cleaning jobs.
AFTER
This photo was taken after the trash was removed. It still took another 5 hours to complete clean it with three people.

Maids, also known as housekeepers, are individuals who perform a variety of household chores that can include cleaning, straightening, ironing, washing and general domestic care. Ranging from a one-time cleaning to regular cleaning, there are various types of maids who hold different degrees of responsibility. The most common type of maid offers a weekly or bi-weekly house cleaning, though some housekeeping jobs specialize in new construction or move-in and move-out cleaning.

POSITION CLOSED
The Housekeeper (Entry Level) position is available to candidates whom express a true interest in cleaning homes and offices on a professional level. All training will be provided in the form of videos, seminars and on the job training. This is a probationary position and there is always room for advancement and leadership opportunities.
You may get tips/gratuity daily. Your main job will be to learn the job.

-Must have reliable transportation. May drive occasionally. Fuel costs assisted.

POSITION OPEN
The Housekeeper (Experienced) position is available to experienced house cleaners and maids. This is a probationary position.
Qualifications:
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Must have 1 year experience in cleaning private homes, apartment units or commercial cleaning.
-Must have reliable transportation. May drive occasionally. Fuel costs assisted.
-Clean Background Check (No unfavorable criminal record)
-Availability Monday thru Friday 8 - 5. Saturdays 10 - 3.
-You must have leadership potential and attributes. Be able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
-Starting pay is between $8.50 - $10.50 dollars per hour while in training, with review after 30 days of probation. If you make it, you may be promoted to a team leader. You may get tips/gratuity daily.

POSITION OPEN
The On Call General Laborer position is great for a hardworking person who has a full-time job already but you are looking for some additional income. This position is on call mainly throughout the day with some jobs after hours. This opening is on call and is called upon in the times of special projects that require more hands on a job. We come across trash outs, foreclosure clean outs, eviction cleanings and post contruction clean-ups. This job may require loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and other general laborers duties. If you don't mind hard work, you should apply today!
Qulifications:
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Must have 1 year experience in general labor types of work.
-Must have reliable transportation. May drive occasionally. Fuel costs assisted.
-Clean Background Check (No unfavorable criminal record)
-Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
-Must have a cell phone to be reached at
-Moving & packing experience is helpful.
Pay: $8.00-$9.00 Per Hour Worked
